These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the doxbrix website and platform (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose;
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems;

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or import into the Service. You grant doxbrix a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely as needed to provide the Service to you, including powering search and AI features.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, doxbrix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
